There’s the Documentary short (just 25 mins. long–perfect for the classroom or a Lunch-&-Learn at your office)!

There’s the “Archives“ with links to resources from all around town and nationally that relate to Clarissa Street’s story.

You can also access learning activities to accompany these resources.
The Clarissa Uprooted Learning Activities were developed by TE Youth History Ambassador, Sarah Adams during her senior year in the Teaching & Learning Institute (TLI) at East High School, Rochester, NY.
Each learning activity is designed as a slidedeck for either Grade Levels 2-5 / 4-5 or for 6-12. The 6-12 level could also be used for community groups & other adults. They might include reflective writing or dialogue and/or mini-project activities for students to apply the themes to their own contexts that the user could choose from.
Additionally, there is an interactive discussion guide created by the Center for Teen Empowerment (TE) to accompany the Clarissa Uprooted documentary (25 min). It is best used with ages 12 and up.
